These packages provide the detailed planning, drawings, and selections required to accurately define your project scope before moving forward with pricing or estimates. By starting with a comprehensive planning phase, we eliminate uncertainty and ensure your project is thoughtfully designed, clearly documented, and aligned with your budget and requirements.
You may not need a Consultation, Planning & Drawing Package if one or more of the following apply:
You are looking for ballpark pricing, not a detailed estimate
You are building a Catalog Home with no major layout or structural changes
You have already committed to service agreement or contract with deposit
Your renovation is simple and does not require drawings for estimating or permitting
You already have fully detailed construction drawings
Most major selections (layout, finishes, upgrades) are already decided
Your project is clearly defined and ready to be estimated
